The condominium has 208 houses divided into two areas. The first area has 72 houses was built in 2008 and is located near the main entrance and the clubhouse, the second area has 136 houses and was recently built (2015).

There are a total of 26 villages with 4 houses of 4 bedrooms and 4 houses of 3 bedrooms. All houses has the same plant but with different internal decoration.
